Who it is for
- Property managers and HOA boards planning repairs or budgets
- Roofing contractors who need photos before they quote
- Building owners who want a dated record before hail season
What you receive
- Roof condition report (PDF): an overview photo with numbered areas, then a close-up of each problem area with a short note
- All edited photos in a shared folder, named by area
- Flight date, time and weather on the report, so it can serve as a dated baseline
This is a visual condition report from photos. It is not an engineering assessment and does not include roof measurements.
How it works
- You send the address and which building or roof sections you need.
- We check airspace and agree a date; flights are weather-dependent.
- The flight itself takes about 20–40 minutes on site; nobody has to be on the roof.
- You receive the report and photo folder by link.
Questions
Does someone need to go on the roof?
No. The drone photographs the roof from above and from the sides; nobody climbs or walks on it.
Why get a report before hail season?
A dated report shows what the roof looked like before a storm, which helps when you later need to show what changed.
Do you inspect homes?
No. We work on commercial, multi-family and HOA buildings.
